Pay : HK$19,764 – HK$24,701 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform the following core duties:
a. Provide quality blood taking service and related activities.
b. ECG for patients and related duties.
c. Taking care and monitoring patients’ condition while performing the blood-taking or ECG and reporting to senior in case of abnormal situations.
d. Assisting patients during medical check and other medical treatment procedures.
e. Preparing, cleaning, disinfecting the blood taking equipment, ECG machine and equipment in the department.
f. Assist in stock taking and collecting materials. Ensure adequate and appropriate equipment for blood taking and ECG.
g. Preparing Laboratory form and specimen label under guidance/direction and delivering/ collecting specimen sample from Pathology Department.
h. Assist nurses during pre-consultation procedures including measuring blood pressure, height and weight, urine test, conducting routine quality check of the POCT equipment and assisting patients in performing POCT test, etc.
i. Handling other clerical support duties, e.g. filling of laboratory.
j. Handling clinical waste and patient transport.
2. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.Entry Requirements:
1. Completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent.
2. Possess the following certificate that issued by Hospital Authority:
a. Module (A) : Blood-taking Training under "Patient Care Assistant (Clinical Assistant) Training"; Or
Module (A) : Blood-taking Training under "TSA(CA) Training" or equivalent.
b. Module (B) : ECG Training under "Patient Care Assistant (Clinical Assistant) Training"; Or
Module (B) : ECG Training under "TSA(CA) Training" or equivalent. (Please note the Remarks 2)
3. Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken.Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1. Knowledge of PC applications.
2. Mature, presentable and with good communication skill.
3. Experience in blood taking or related fields is preferred.Remarks:

2. Candidates who have not acquired the entry requirement (2) if found suitable for appointment will receive the Blood-taking Training and ECG Training under “Corporate Patient Care Assistant (Clinical Assistant) Training" and at least 6-month in-service training. If the appointees cannot complete the Blood-taking Training and ECG Training under “Corporate Patient Care Assistant (Clinical Assistant) Training" and passed the assessments/tests, their employment with the Hospital Authority may be terminated.Please submit on-line application on or before 10 September 2025.
