You will provide clerical support to the team including but not limited to data input, filing, quality checking, and etc.Key responsibilities include:
  • Focus in data cleansing in internal systems e.g. finding and fixing inaccurate data
  • Perform data checking, ensure the data is updated and accurate
  • May need to contact customer to follow up on missing documents or information, and support other ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clerical or administrative support
  • Data entry experience in systems is a must
  • Accurate English and Chinese typing skills is required
  • Good PC application skills e.g. MS Excel, Outlook
  • Good command of reading and written English & Chinese
  • Responsible, organized and attention to details
  • Office location: Kwun Tong
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: minimum 30 hours per week is highly preferred (hours can be negotiated)
  • Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
