- Assist to supervise the front desk daily operations to render the best guest services;
- Carry out all check-in and check-out services in a professional manner;
- Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel policies and procedures;
- Contribute effort to form team work to ensure highest service standards are being maintained;
- Provide professional services and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints;
- Achieve the high level of guest satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
- Overnight shift duty is required.
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
- 2-3 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry in a similar capacity;
- Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Multi-tasking and work as a team player;
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Guest Services Supervisor.
