- Formulate the flat takeover and handover exercises for the new residential projects, including defect inspection & initial flat cleaning.
- Supervise and manage the team members to execute operation works.
- Responsible for checking flat defects and handover to owners, monitoring defect rectification works completed on time, and ensuring the company's interests are always protected.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate handover matters.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and complaints to ensure that all customers are well served promptly, courteously and professionally.
- Follow up and manage operation works related to temporary office/sales office.
- Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma holder or above in Property Management / Facilities Management / Building Services / Building Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ of proven experience in property takeover/handover and or technical service with supervisory role
- Experience in handling large-scale residential property handover is a definite advantage.
- Dedicated to work, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
- Willing to work on irregular hours and weekends or public holidays as necessary and shift duty required..
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer.
