- The position is expected to offer the highest professional level of client engagement via leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics (across FX, equities and bond markets, commodities and economies), extensive knowledge of houseview, and client needs to deliver tailored advisory solutions.
- The role is expected to engage with high net worth clients in a regular and frequent manner, including phone, face to face meeting and speak at events.
- The role is expected to uplift digital engagement experience for high net worth clients with tailored articles, by working closely with working partner in designing and executing online campaigns for high net worth clients based on their preference, holdings, behavior with the appropriate languages and tone manner that matches the unique and high standard of those focused high net worth clients
- The senior role is expected to serve as a mentor and leader within the team, and to uplift junior team members’ skills and knowledge to serve the growing base of high net worth clients.
- The role is responsible for supporting investment and FX advisory content for internal parties and clients.
- The role will include organizing morning meetings, reviewing and driving advisory content across asset classes, with the goal of monetizing houseview materials.
- Strategically drive the advisory content delivery methods while ensuring consistency with the other regions as well as global goals.
- Review advisory content to optimize the commercial relevance of the publication, sharing best practice, managing the pre-production of tactical and major client materials.
- Interact daily with frontline and product partners to fulfill advisory content gaps for objection handling and sales penetration.
- Liaise with Control Group, Supervisory Analyst, and Production on any day to day issues
- Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
- Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
- Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; and ensure that all team members understand the need to do the same, demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation
- Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services; and ensure that all team members understand the need to do the same
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to you
- Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframe
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
- 6-10 years of experience
- Strong quantitative skills, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work in both a team and individual creative setting
