- Assist in managing the end-to-end purchasing process, from quotation requests to purchase order (P/O) issuance.
- Track and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any supply issues.
- Maintain and update supplier records, product catalogs, and procurement documentation.
- Communicate with overseas suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment on procurement needs and compliance.
- Support inventory management by providing purchasing forecasts and stock level updates.
- Assist in procurement reporting and cost analysis to support budgeting decisions.
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, purchasing, procurement, or sales coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English;
- Basic knowledge in Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above)
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks
