Lead and execute fundraising strategies to attract institutional, governmental, and strategic investors.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Hong Kong government agencies, universities, research institutions, and family offices.
Represent the fund at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
Collaborate with the investment team to align fundraising efforts with fund strategy and portfolio performance.
Develop compelling investor materials, including pitch decks, fund updates, and due diligence documentation.
Monitor fundraising KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

Solid connections with HK gov't, universities & advanced technology sectorA passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Minimum 10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or institutional fundraising.
Proven track record of raising capital from government-linked entities, academic institutions, and strategic investors in Hong Kong.
Strong network within Hong Kong's innovation and technology ecosystem.
Deep understanding of advanced technologies, including AI, semiconductor, electronic vehicle, biotech, fintech, or robotics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Strong cultural awareness and ability to navigate public-private partnerships.
Experience working with or within Hong Kong's Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC), Cyberport, HKSTP, or similar institutions.
