- Review various agreements including contracts and tender documents related primarily to property development including acquisition of land and first-hand sales
- Draft other commercial agreements and support negotiation of contracts
- Advise leadership on legal issues and any legislative updates
- Participate in any assigned ad hoc projects
- At least 5 years' PQE gained from law firms or in-house with strong conveyancing / property background
- Fluent English and Chinese ability
- Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team
