For more information, please visit our website https://www.atal.comResponsibilities:Develop effective corporate communications and corporate social responsibility strategies, implement and monitor related programme through media publicity, events management, social media, awards and sponsorship, and corporate advertising;Plan, develop and manage content for effective communications and enhancing brand awareness on website and social media platforms;Plan and oversee media and financial communications and execute multi-media PR initiatives as appropriate;Explore and identify speaking opportunities to build thought leadership for the Group by crafting speeches, presentations and byline articles and work with organisers on related arrangements;Plan and manage production of high-quality corporate collaterals for the Group and business units, including but not limited to online and print newsletters, financial reports, press releases, company website, social media platforms, brochures, advertisements, and corporate premiums;Devise and execute events to engage internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to media events, interviews, ceremonies, anniversary celebration events and initiatives, staff annual dinner, and networking events;Monitor media sentiment, industry trends, and social media. Stay updated on best practices in corporate communications and contributing to media strategies;Manage photos shooting (portraits, projects and events) and production of videos for the Group, business units and for any communications initiatives as required;Manage design and production of layout, content and set-up for events and exhibition booths;Support on issue management as required;Manage other ad hoc duties or special projects as requiredRequirements:Minimum 5-8 years of solid experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism or with media backgroundResponsible, highly motivative, detail-minded, independent, well-organised, good team player with excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task with problem-solving skills to deal with tight deadlinesStrong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processingKnowledge in graphic design and video editing software will be an advantagePlease click the Apply Now button to send your full resume stating relevant job reference, present and expected salary and availability.Personal data collected will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment related purposes only.
