Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.Your Opportunity Starts Here.What You Will Be DoingGenerate business and credit related data to perform business analysis and prepare for insightful decisionDevelop and maintain key performance indicators using data-driven approach to measure and drive the success of initiatives, perform analyses with actionable insights, and provide regular reporting to senior managementBe a subject matter expert in data to support the increasing demands from business and requests from other divisions and regulatory.Streamline and automate internal process to ensure efficient and effective data generation and analytics processes are in placeDevelop advanced analytics, with AI and machine learning capability, to streamline existing process and improve sales momentumProvide regular reports and progress updates to management on a timely basis and work closely with relevant functions (both internal & external parties) to meet the required deadlinePrepare regular MI reports to facilitate business performance monitoringPerform ad-hoc duties and projects whenever required. This includes research, problem solving or additional support for the teamGenerate data and provide assistance in internal and external regulatory, control review and portfolio health checkWhat We Are Looking ForUniversity graduate with degree in computer science or business-related discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Financial / Banking industriesProficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and AccessStrong programming and coding skill especially SAS, Python, VBA, SQL and building dashboard by using PowerBI or any equivalent tools would be an advantageStrong data engineering, extraction, mining, and process automation capabilitiesGood knowledge of visual analytics capability through interactive dashboard design and developmentSelf-motivated, strong initiative, and attention to detailsGood knowledge of general banking operationGood analytical and communication skillsStrong ability to analyze and interpret business and financial data
