Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements建立及優化業務流程，撰寫需求文件及系統規格 (BRD / SRS)
Develop and optimize business processes, prepare requirement documents and system specifications (BRD / SRS)協助設計解決方案，確保符合業務及技術需求
Assist in designing solutions to meet both business and technical needs支援測試流程，包括測試案例設計、驗證及問題追蹤
Support testing process, including test case design, validation, and issue tracking進行數據分析，撰寫報告並提出改善建議
Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and provide improvement recommendations與 IT 團隊及管理層保持有效溝通，推動專案成功落實
Maintain effective communication with IT teams and management to drive project implementation入職要求 Job Requirements大學學位，資訊系統、工商管理或相關學科優先
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred1-3 年相關工作經驗，熟悉業務分析或系統開發流程
1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or system development良好邏輯思維及問題解決能力
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills優秀的中英文書寫及表達能力
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English熟悉數據分析工具（如 Excel、SQL、Power BI / Tableau）更佳
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau) is an advantage具備專案管理或商業分析認證（如 PMP、CBAP、CSM）者優先考慮
Professional certifications in project management or business analysis (e.g., PMP, CBAP, CSM) are an advantageAdditional Information / 其他資訊：Work Model: Hybrid / Remote work arrangement
