  • Run process improvement initiatives for life and health business, including but not limited to working with various stakeholders to document the as-is manual processes and business impacts, consolidating the as-is lists, defining guiding principles to prioritize for automation and assigning to IT teams for delivery
  • Prepare materials for running process workshops, including PPT, flow chart with process owners
  • Interview with the process owners to define the processes, standards and method
  • Support to facilitate process workshops for continuous process improvement
  • Document the processes from different stakeholders and obtain an understanding into the end-to-end business flow
  • Summarize workshop outcome including as-is and to be process map, discussion points and design considerations
  • Consolidate, validate and challenge the inputs from various teams
  • Maintain a centralized business process repository
  • Ensure timely and effective project delivery in alignment with delivering process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in other project coordination and administrative tasks on needed basis
Qualifications
  • University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in process excellence/ project management, including process mapping,
process redesign * Confidence with process mapping and MS tools (MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • Curious and customer focused, with can-do attitude
  • Good team player, able to work in a diverse team as well as collaborate cross-functionally
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
