They are looking for a L&D officer with a passion for training and staff development.about the job.- Provide assistance in identifying the training and development requirements of the organization, and create appropriate training programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives. ...- Provide support in the project management of various learning programs and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external organizations to coordinate workshops and events.
- Assist in the administration of training, which includes tasks such as budgeting and expenditure control, maintaining training records and systems, coordinating program logistics, and conducting post-program evaluations.
- Drive employee engagement through various channels, including company culture and employee recognition programs, staff activities, internal communications, and conducting employee engagement surveys.
- Evaluate training requirements and develop a comprehensive annual training plan that aligns with talent development and business objectives.
- Provide assistance with various routine HR tasks as needed, including but not limited to payroll preparation, recruitment, and other related responsibilities.skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience in training and staff development.
- Fluent in Cantonese with good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Passion for training and staff development.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
