- Respond to customers queries and requests via phone and email
- Confirm transaction instructions / applications with customers
- Handle and support customers to solve the internet banking service and data maintaining
- Prepare account opening documents for individual and corporate customers
- Responsible for Customer Due Diligence and KYC review
- Support teammates to finish daily operations and ensure conduct working procedures and regulatory requirements
- Assist team leader to monitor daily jobs efficiency and achievement all job duties
- DSE / Form 7 or above
- Minimum 1-3 year working experience in operations for banking service is preferred
- Fluent in Putonghua, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong ability to work independently, attentiveness to details, with positive minded and good common senses
- Good knowledge of computer software, MS Office and both of Chinese and English typing
- Quick response to deliver professional services to meet our customers need
