- Responsible for covering local corporates including property and conglomerates

- Conduct financial analysis, including financial modeling and cash flow projection, to assess the creditworthiness and risk profile of clients.
- Structure and negotiate financing solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing syndicated loans, bilateral facilities, and other global market products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit risk, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage the credit portfolio, including ongoing credit reviews, early identification of potential risks, and proactive mitigation measures.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and presentations for new and existing clients, highlighting the key financials, risk factors, and recommended credit terms.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the local corporate landscape, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and originate new business opportunities within the local corporate segment, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.
- Strong credit sense and the ability to assess credit risks, evaluate financial statements, and write comprehensive credit proposals.
- Familiarity with local corporate clients, including property and conglomerate sectors, understanding their specific needs, challenges, and industry dynamics.
- Proficient in financial modeling and cash flow projection techniques, enabling accurate assessment of clients' financial performance and repayment capacity.
- Sound knowledge and experience in syndicated loans, bilateral facilities, and global market products, understanding their structures, pricing, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to originate new business and expand the client portfolio.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport with clients and effectively presenting complex financial concepts and solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
