• Responsible for front desk duties including greeting customers, handling customers' enquiries and complaints and records keeping

• Provide administrative support to the guests

• Degree or diploma holder, preferably in hotel or tourism management

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related service industry
