The individuals will:

Support our 24-hour ER service in providing exceptional customer services
Carry out the ER night receptionist duties to ensure smooth and high quality service
Perform general receptionist duties, including but not limited to greeting patients, appointment booking, patients’ registration and billing
Assist clients and their pets to exam rooms
Carry out other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
2-4 years of relevant working experience
Excellent customer services attitude and professional telephone manner
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Presentable with pleasant personality
Fluent in spoken Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin
General PC knowledge of MS Office (including Chinese and English typing)
Immediate availability is preferred
