- Manage account set up and client static data in central data system and other front to back processing system
- Oversee the market and product data needed for all Pan-Asia derivatives and fixed income products
- Maintain and supervise financial products data; ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Offer guidance and authorise standard settlement instructions (SSI) for Fixed Income, Equities, and derivative products
- Identifying the necessary manual solutions required to finalise the setup of instrument data
- Handle existing client's account maintenance requests
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in managing reference data within the banking or financial services sector
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the capacity to motivate and oversee a high-performing team
- System: Murex, Bloomberg
- Proficiency in utilising data management tools; including data governance platforms, data quality tools, and data lineage tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; able to speak in both English and Chinese
