- We are looking for Accountant - with details as follows :
- Job summary : fully responsible for (1) all accounting issues of HK trading office; and (2) review & monitor accounts prepared by Asian offices
- Responsible for financial records, including general ledgers, financial statements, and other accounting reports.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor management.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Supervise the work of one Accounting Officer
- Report to the COO of HK office
- Functionally report to CFO of US headquarters
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Proven experience working as an accountant or in a similar role
- Experience in MNC/US/EU companies is a plus
- Regional exposure is a plus
- Trading/distributing environment is a plus
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and accounting software
- Good communications in English, Chinese & Mandarin
