- Responsible for project management of the privatization and cloud deployment implementation of a large-scale customer service center for a telecom operator.
- Ensure successful project delivery according to contractual agreements, taking accountability for project scope, schedule, cost, delivery quality, and project outcomes.
- Coordinate the work distribution and scheduling between teams involved in system implementation, development, and integration, based on the project deliverables defined in the contract.
- Organize regular project implementation meetings, review progress and issues, coordinate resources, facilitate smooth project execution, and effectively track and manage project problems.
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, system implementation, or system development in the telecom or financial industry, specifically in customer service center systems.
- Proficient in customer service center operation management requirements, familiar with the architecture and system integration solutions of customer service center systems, including communication platforms, CRM, intelligent applications, and peripheral systems.
- Fluent in Cantonese with excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
- The position is based in Hong Kong.
