- Not limited to make phone calls base on the list provided by the company and make an appointments for the sales team’s further presentation.
- Provide sales administrative support to salesmen
- Liaison with vendors, prepare quotations, sales report, and all other documents
- Administer sales orders and procedures
- Perform daily sales activities with salesmen
- Maintenance filing system for Sales Department
- Handle enquiries from call-in customers to facilitate the related sales service support
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Around 10 year or more sales related experience in technology industry
- Being flexible, and cheerful, positive and with can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Services
- Knowledge of IT Products is an advantage
