  • Assist with various Compensation and Benefits tasks, such as payroll processing, MPF and medical insurance administration, tax filing, and employee compensation management.
  • Engage in a diverse range of HR responsibilities, including but not limited to facilitating contract renewals, conducting salary evaluations, administering compensation and benefits surveys, reviewing HR policies, managing employee leaves, ensuring health and safety compliance, overseeing work visa renewals, and organizing staff events.
  • Serve as an HR Business Partner, delivering tailored HR services to specific departments according to their unique requirements.
  • Manage the administration of the HRIS, overseeing the effective handling of employee data, and actively engage in diverse ad hoc projects and events as directed by a supervisor.
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Conversational Mandarin.
  • 2-6 years HR work experience with solid experience in C&B duties.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Candidates with more experience may be given the Senior C&B Officer title.
