- Establish partnerships with suppliers to ensure efficient utilization of resources;
- Conduct market analysis, identify potential clients, and develop market expansion strategies;
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to adjust market strategies and enhance competitiveness;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of cooperative projects and propose improvements to optimize resource utilization;
- Develop and maintain standardized workflows and procedures for market expansion initiatives.
- Familiarity with core networks of telecommunications operators, related business platforms and systems, as well as interconnection processes between operators; candidates with a technical development background are preferred;
- At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications business operations, with preference given to candidates who have at least 3 years of sales experience in international roaming, data traffic wholesale, and resale services for telecommunications operators;
- Strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, execution ability, business development ability, and stress tolerance. Proficient in Windows and other office software, with excellent information collection, analysis, and written communication skills;
- Excellent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Candidates who can speak Cantonese are preferred.
