- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for the Hong Kong and Singapore offices, including payroll, tax filing, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage employee onboarding, engagement, and offboarding procedures.
- Coordinate benefits reviews and insurance renewals.
- Support annual HR audits.
- Handle office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, document management, and phone duties.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
- Provide support and coordination for retail store operations and administration.
- Plan and organize company events and staff activities.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with prior retail experience being advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations, with familiarity with Singapore regulations as an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
