Data Analyst - Customer Analytics - $40-50k P/M - 12 month extendable contractWe are currently partnered with a global FMCG group looking to hire for a Data Analyst to support generating actionable insight supporting customer analyticsRole Overview: As a Data Analyst specializing in Customer Analytics and Behavior Analysis, you will be at the heart of our data-driven approach, translating raw data into strategic insights that inform critical business decisions. From analyzing customer trends and behavior to developing cutting-edge visualizations and BI dashboards, your work will be instrumental in driving our business forward.Key Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze customer data and extract actionable insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through in-depth data exploration and segmentation.
Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and business trends.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytical models and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
3+ years experience working in dedicated data analytics role
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer-focused role.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
