- To handle daily leasing activities including new lettings, tenancy renewals, direct marketing and tenancy administrative work
- To coordinate and follow-up premises takeover / handover
- To conduct market research and compile reports
- Self-motivated and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
工作要求
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 6 years' relevant experience in retail leasing of shopping malls with major developers
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing for efficient work management.
