Posting Date: 2025-08-13Cheung & Sons Holdings LimitedInvestment Management - Analyst / AssociateCheung & Sons Holdings Limited is currently looking for a Analyst / Associate in investment management & financial control as part of their 2025 plans for their asset management team based in Hong Kong headquarter with a focus on real estate direct investment & financing, agricultural, educational and mining business.Assisting the senior members of the team, you will be responsible for:Actively managing & monitoring existing investment portfolio by working closely with internal & external partiesReviewing investment structures and asset underwriting to recommend potential performance improvementsFormulating and executing the asset enhancement plan independentlyPerformance tracking on existing investment & financing portfolio by onsite and offsite reviewPreparing quarterly & annual internal and external reporting documents to management, lender and investorsImplementing effective internal control and corporate governance in the groupDelivering net property income growth and valuation gain targets by managing the annual operating budgets, cost planning and controlsSupporting the deal underwriting for the acquisition and business development teamClosely monitoring cash flow and perform distribution analysis, and facilitate distribution processMonitoring the daily operation of accounting team in the groupAttending board meeting & management meetings for portfolio companies upon requestTo qualify, candidates will possess:Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplinesPreferably with 2-5 years solid experience in accounting firmStrong financial management background, good working knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis with an operational and strategic blendA team-player with excellent coordination, negotiation and communication skillsAble to work independently and occasional travel is requiredProficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and EnglishCertified in AICPA/ ACCA/ HKICPA is preferredPlease provide your resume with present and expected salary.
