This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and sales through seamless omnichannel strategies, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience.Key Responsibilities1. 360° Marketing Campaign SupportAssist in developing and executing marketing plans for product launches and campaign activations across consumer touchpoints.Support executions of GTM plans of the assigned marketing pod / total brand including A&P campaigns, forecasting (newness & promo), visual merchandising, assets, CRM communications and promotional programs in partnership with Digital Commerce Marketing team and Commercial team.Work hand in hand with the marketing team in campaign communications planning, collaborate and orchestrate support from different external vendors, joint-promotion partners, and media agencies to successfully deliver campaign objectives in timely manner.Curate content briefs, work with agency on assets adaptation and production of collaterals for all platforms to ensure excellent execution of marketing activities.2. Trade and Retail Marketing ActivationAssist in developing and executing retail marketing plans, including promotional programs, gifting, retail and customer events, aligned with internal and trade calendars to maximize business opportunities.Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions and events; coordinate with retailers and internal parties on promotion execution for assigned retail doors.Proactively monitor promotion effectiveness, manage BA feedback and refine mechanism in a timely mannerProvide ideas on promotion and third-party collaborations to generate and drive business growth3. Reporting and AnalysisTrack and report on the performance of retail and campaign activations, product and category insights and provide market intelligence on competitor activities and consumer trendsPrepare regular sales, loyalty program and promotion reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement4. Budget managementSupport the Marketing Manager in monitoring budget utilization, preparing regular budget status reports, and flagging any variances.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments related to marketing initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sector.Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, CRM and digital platforms.Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindsetExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a passion for beauty and brand building.
