We are partnering with a leading global professional association providing certifications, education, and industry insights for finance professionals to seek a Marketing Associate to join.Responsibilities:
Events & Marketing Coordination
  • Assist in drafting partnership agreements and managing media exchanges for conferences.
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination and on-site support.
  • Produce APAC webinars, including managing Zoom event setups as needed.
  • Update the company website with event details using NetForum.
  • Collaborate with the HQ Marketing team to develop and distribute event-related marketing materials.
  • Design and send event invitations via the Informz platform for webcasts and in-person events.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain an up-to-date event calendar and log for tracking purposes.
  • Analyze event metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
Chapter & Scholarship Administration
  • Manage chapter-related tasks, including maintaining committee databases.
  • Distribute new charters to Hong Kong members biannually.
  • Track scholarship applications and recipient statuses to ensure effective program utilization.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Work closely with the global team to create and schedule APAC-focused social media content, including speaker promotions and event recaps.
  • Support the development and execution of a regional social media strategy.
  • Manage WeChat communications to facilitate the company’s expansion into China.
Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Director of External Relations and the broader team.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and direct calls as appropriate.
  • Monitor and respond to emails in APAC inboxes promptly and accurately.
Requirement:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in events and marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet tools, and Social Media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
