- Initiate and implement annual sales strategy to drive business growth across different channels, including travel agency, OTA, corporate etc. for international tourism markets
- Identify business opportunities or new sales channels to drive and boost ticket sales
- Maintain positive and long-lasting business relationship with clients and business partners
- Manage team sales forecast and pipeline
- Conduct market research and analyse market intelligence
- Develop partnership or joint promotion with external parties to increase the exposure and sales
- Degree holder in Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business or other related disciplines
- 9+ years of sales experience, preferably from travel and tourism industry
- 4+ years of experience in team management
- Strong client connections in travel agency, OTA or other sales channels
- Solid skills in sales strategy formulation, communication, negotiation and business development
- Mature, proactive, self-motivated with can-do attitude
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
