- Responsible for handling shipping / logistics documentation and data entry
- Provide general clerical support to daily operation
- Customs declaration through trade-link
- Monitor inventory level of materials, take proper actions to speed up material turnover rate, avoid exceed stock
- Coordinate with warehouse and related parties to ensure smooth supply
- Handle ad hoc clerical duties as assigned
- Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines
- 1 year of logistic or shipping experience in FMCG industry
- Knowledge in managing ERP system
- Detail oriented, organized and able to work independently
- Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
