Hong Kong, as a Special Administrative Region of China, is governed by separate tax laws from the Mainland. Our experts are able to advise on taxes / regulations for both jurisdictions.We are now seeking the right candidate to join our China Tax and transfer pricing team. This is a junior position for those who aspire to develop their career as a professional tax advisor in corporate and individual tax advisory and compliance, tax audits and related investigation, private wealth tax planning.What you can expect
  • Handle PRC tax compliance and tax advisory assignments
  • Conduct research on PRC tax issues, HK and PRC transfer pricing rules and regulations
  • Conduct research and analysis for various industries, companies and business activities
  • Support managers in a wide range of projects and gain exposure from different industries and sectors
  • Assist in PRC tax and transfer pricing consulting for M&A, IPO and ad hoc projects
  • Perform economic / benchmarking analyses and data gathering
  • Prepare relevant transfer pricing reports
  • Provide support to the team on general marketing activities
Who we are looking for
  • Fresh graduates in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline
  • Member of recognized professional accounting qualifications will be an advantage
  • A team player who can handle assignments independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical, management and organization skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered as senior tax accountants.
