Our scope of business ranges from insurance, investment, and retirement to MPF.To cope with our business expansion, we now invite dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join and grow with us.Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment process.Train agencies to use the OA system for efficient hiring and on-boarding.Ensure compliance with licensing by preparing and submitting necessary documents.Track recruitment metrics to find areas for improvement.Keep accurate records and provide regular recruitment reports to management.Work with the compliance team to meet regulatory standards and create internal guidelines.Build strong relationships with agencies, offering ongoing support and addressing on-boarding questions.Requirements:University graduates with 5 years’ relevant working experienceExperience in supporting insurance agency is preferredMature, patient and meticulous to detailsTeam player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsIndependent and able to meet tight deadlinesGood command of written English and ChineseCandidates with less experience will be considered as Senior OfficerAttractive salary and fringe benefits, including 5-day work week, medical, life insurance, annual leave, pension scheme and training subsidies, etc. will be offered to this permanent appointment.
