ResponsibilitiesAdminister day-to-day C&B operations, including but not limited to payroll and commission calculation, final payment calculation, benefits and pension scheme administration, and tax returns in a professional manner and compliance with regulatory requirements;Maintain the data accuracy in HRIS, i.e. update staff attendance, leave records, personal profiles and staff movement;Support the update and renewal of employee benefits programs, including group medical insurance, EC insurance, retirement plan, and other related benefits;Keep abreast of the latest trends of compensation, benefits and wellness trends.
