- support the planning, production, and enhancement of e-learning materials, ensuring alignment with programme learning outcomes and pedagogical best practices;
- provide consultation to teachers on instructional design;
- conduct workshops and training sessions on learning technologies;
- manage the effective use of e-learning platforms, troubleshoot user issues, and support innovative teaching practices;
- support the operation of Smart Classrooms, including the integration of interactive tools, and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences;
- monitor and analyse online course performance using dashboards and data visualization tools, prepare reports and recommend improvements;
- support the evaluation on emerging educational technologies; and
- initiate action research projects to assess the effectiveness of digital learning strategies and propose enhancements.
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, Multimedia, or a related discipline,
- have at least 5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, digital pedagogy, or e-learning content development;
- be able to support visual/media design tasks when needed, with a basic understanding of user experience and learner engagement;
- show competence in data analysis and visualization for evaluating teaching and learning effectiveness (e.g., MS Power BI, Excel);
- be proficient in learning technologies and e-learning platforms, knowledge of Moodle is a plus;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- possess excellent project management and communication skills.
