- Support the daily operations for the Group Legal Department
- Handle files and daily correspondence
- Maintain up-to-date filing system
- Provide in-house legal and compliance support to a listed group
- Proceed the trademark applications as well as maintaining the trademark registrations
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor
- Diploma in Legal Studies; Fresh or non-law graduate who has the initiative to learn or previous legal academic courses background
- 1-2 years of experience in Law Firm or In-house Legal Department is preferred (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Working experience in film distribution and film production industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
