Work Location: Sham Shui Po/ Sha TinWork Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to FridaySalary: $23,000 - $24,000 per monthJob Duties:To provide vehicle registration andlicensing counter services to department at customer service counter and backend office as dicrected by Supervisor, including but not limited to, receiving, checking and processing vehicle registration and licensing applications and preparing licences or permits via vehicle registration and licensing terminal for, including but not limited to, renewal of vehicle licences, transfer of vehicle ownership, retention and/or assignment of vehicle registration marks, duplication of vehicle licences/vehicle registration documents;to prepare simple registers, reports, documents and correspondences relating to vehicle registration and licensing services for the department;to handle complaints and enquiries from the public relating to vehicle registration and licensing services for the department; andto perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Entry Requirements:At least 5 years of full-time experience in hospitality industry or customer service industry5 subject passed in HKCEE or HKDSE, including Level 3 in Chinese Language and English LanguagePolished interpersonal and communication skills with independent chatacter would be a great advantagePositive attitude and strong customer-oriented mindset
