- Partner closely with the department heads of the designated business portfolio to derive human capital strategies which are aligned with the business goals
- Support organisational changes and and employee engagement
- Provide training to business stakeholders on HR knowledge
- Other ad hoc tasks
- Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university
- 10 years of experience, with relevant experience gained from large companies
- Independently handle complex HR cases in an end-to-end fashion
- Resilient and can work under pressure
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese
