Being one of the Asian ibis flagships, ibis Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan Hotel located in Sheung Wan district within minutes away from transportation networks, is housed with 550 modern guestrooms, a restaurant TASTE serving buffet breakfast ranging from international flavor to local specialties and a LE BAR for business and social meet-ups.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide administrative and sales support on daily operations and assist on all sales related events and activitiesProvide professional service and respond tactfully to guest's request and inquiriesEntertain the business supporters in goodwill and conducts hotel inspectionIdentify new markets, business opportunities to develop good relationship with potential clientsREQUIREMENTS:Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or equivalent2 - 3 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industryExcellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin)Good communication and presentation skillsGood interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer serviceProficiency in MS Office applicationWell organized and out-goingImmediate available is highly preferredCandidates with less experience will be considered as Sales ExecutiveWe offer attractive remuneration package including 5-day work week, public holiday, birthday leave, annual leave, marriage leave, duty meal, discretionary bonus, medical and dental benefits.
