  • Drive engineering leadership for high-profile, mission-critical sites in the Asia-Pacific region, serving as the senior technical authority and principal point of contact.
  • Strategically plan and execute world-class maintenance and compliance regimes, always exceeding statutory and internal standards.
  • Embed reliability and performance through robust operational protocols, preventative maintenance, disaster recovery, and capital lifecycle planning.
  • Collaborate with internal and global subject matter experts to implement innovative solutions, process improvements, and technical projects.
  • Represent the function confidently to business and client leadership, ensuring all activities align with commercial goals and compliance requirements.
Candidate Qualities
  • High levels of accountability: Ownership of every aspect of regional engineering performance and reliability.
  • Personal drive and proactivity: The initiative to anticipate challenges, drive improvements, and act decisively under pressure.
  • Clear, concise communication: Skilled in conveying complex engineering issues to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management: Adept at building trust, delivering results, and managing cross-cultural teams and external partners.
Your Credentials
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with 15+ years’ experience and deep exposure to high-availability environments.
  • Senior leadership in data center, critical facilities, or financial settings preferred.
  • Professional membership (CIBSE/IEE or similar) and IOSH/NEBOSH certification are highly valued.
  • Strong commercial acumen, advanced problem-solving ability, and proven track record in team leadership.
