(Post Ref.: 25/183)Responsibilities
- Provide support on room booking and hotline services
- Responsible for logistics operation, including but not limited to residential and office housekeeping, mailing, event support, and office removal
- Maintain filing systems, office databases, and system management
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
- A bachelor's degree or a sub-degree in any discipline
- Equivalent qualifications in Property / Facility Management / Logistics and related disciplines will be an advantage
- Work experience in universities / institutions will be an advantage
- Exposure in a university booking system will be a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Strong sense of responsibility
- A good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
