- Support the completion of billing accounting cycle
- Reconcile billing data and investigate discrepancies
- Respond to clients billing inquiries and provide resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
- Maintain and update billing records and documentation
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
