AP Accountant, Retailer

• Accounts payable
• Relevant experience in the retail industry

• Handle overall Accounts Payable process, including but not limited to verifying purchase requests/orders with goods or services delivered by vendors, processing invoices, and issuing payments
• Attach the corresponding purchase orders to incoming invoices with all supporting documentation
• Handle expense reports, electronic transfers, and payments, transactions reconciliation, correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries and invoice discrepancies and issues
• Prepare month-end closing and relevant schedules
• Participate in system enhancement projects as requested

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• Relevant at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting; experience in the retail industry is preferred
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to unexpected changes and requests
• Independent, hands-on, self-motivated, capable of handling tight timeline
• Well-versed in MS Office
• Good written and spoken in English & Chinese
