- Handle overall Accounts Payable process, including but not limited to verifying purchase requests/orders with goods or services delivered by vendors, processing invoices, and issuing payments
- Attach the corresponding purchase orders to incoming invoices with all supporting documentation
- Handle expense reports, electronic transfers, and payments, transactions reconciliation, correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries and invoice discrepancies and issues
- Prepare month-end closing and relevant schedules
- Participate in system enhancement projects as requested
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
- Relevant at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting; experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to unexpected changes and requests
- Independent, hands-on, self-motivated, capable of handling tight timeline
- Well-versed in MS Office
- Good written and spoken in English & Chinese
