Application Deadline :29 April 2024Date of Issue :15 April 2024Vacancy Notification Circular No.NTWC-S2404021Position:Executive Assistant III (Quality & Safety)Rank:Executive Assistant IIIDepartment/Cluster:Quality & Safety Division, New Territories West Cluster (NTWC)Pay: HK$15,051 – HK$19,021 per monthUp to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Job :1.Perform clerical duties in the department including general clerical work, filing, message receiving, supplies and related stores keeping and inventory checking.2.Logistic support to hospital training event and seminars.3.Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies, furniture and equipment and to perform related stores keeping duties.4.Work under general supervision following instructions or prescribed procedures.5.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements :1.Completed F.5/ S.5 with (a) or (b) below:(a)Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;OR(b)5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:

Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and

Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent;
