Our client is a single family office with a strong cash flow. They are currently looking for a mid level professional with experience in structured finance/private credit to join the team.Oversee end-to-end private credit transactions, including deal origination & execution, structuring, due diligence & risk control, term negotiation, and post-investment managementEngage deeply across private credit, leveraged financing, special situations investments, structured finance, and customized end-to-end credit financing solutionsCollaborate on business system development and implement sector-specific strategiesMobilize group-wide cross-border resources to identify domestic & offshore institutional client needs, coordinate internal/external stakeholders and drive efficient deal executionRequirements:6-10 years experience at top-tier institutions in private credit, leveraged finance, structured finance, or special situations investmentsNative Chinese speaking proficiency with full English fluency, cross-cultural communication strengths, and adaptability to intensive cross-border collaboration environmentsAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
