Provide technical assistance and support
Troubleshoot desktop computers and applications
Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders

Requirements:

Basic Knowledge in Server, PC, and LAN / WAN and networking equipment
Self-motivated, quick learner, and strong sense of responsibility
Effective team player and excellent interpersonal skills
Cantonese and English communication skill
Degree/ Asso/ HD/ DSE graduates or want to change career are also welcome
