Bank of Dongguan Co., Ltd. (“BOD” or the “Bank”) was established in 1999 and it is well established with a stable market position in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area (“GBA”). In particular, the Bank has established various branches in most major cities within the 9+2 city clusters in the GBA and the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone.The Bank has obtained a banking license from the HKMA and become a licensed bank in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Branch is becoming the 13th branch of the Bank. and offers varied job opportunities across many areas, including corporate banking, treasury and market, risk management, legal and compliance, operation and IT, internal audit, finance, human resources and administration.Responsibilities:

Performing daily loan processing work on various kinds of loans including term loans, revolving loans, syndication loans, and so forth such as processing loan drawdowns/ rollovers/ rate fixing, and monitor receipt of principals, interests and fees, etc.;
Monitor loan transactions, prepare monthly loan reports and escalate immediately to management for irregularities when necessary;
Coordinate with MLAB to follow up the account treatment and related matters of the syndication loans;
Ensure loan operations process and system workflow adhere to legal & regulatory requirements and internal policies and guidelines;
Review the bank policies and procedures to be updated and complied with various regulations, rules and guidelines;
Review KYC documentation and perform customer due diligence for new loan client on-boarding and periodic review on existing loan client accounts;
Support system enhancement projects and perform user acceptance test for system implementation;
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines;
Minimum 6 years of banking experience in loan documents / Loan operation;
Good knowledge in corporate loan products, credit policies, relevant regulations and processes;
Experience in account opening would be an advantage;
Mature, self-motivated, independent and strong interpersonal skills;
Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime;
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
