The program will enable high-calibre individuals to develop and pursue the career ladder in our Retail Banking.Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, preferably with relationship management experience in banking or financial industry or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5.
  • Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4) are preferable.
  • Sales and customer driven, with strong credit analysis and risk management skills.
  • Fresh University graduates will also be considered.
The trainees will undergo an intensive development program, including business orientation program, structured classroom training and comprehensive on-the-job training. After completion of the program, you will be deployed to the designated Business Services Centre in our Retail Banking for further development subject to the trainee’s performance.The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
