Senior Manager, Internal Audit & IT Audit

• Support the risk-based annual audit planning exercise and develop the Audit Plan for the responsible audit portfolio.
• Conduct yearly internal audit, IT audits, reviews, and special projects.
• Prepare audit reports, present investigation findings, and provide recommendations.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Audit staff to perform assigned operations or project audits.
• Evaluate risk management, regulatory compliance processes, and internal control systems.
• Maintain and develop internal audit policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
• Professional qualifications such as CISA, CIA, CISM, CRISC will be a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of internal audit and IT audit experience.
• Experience in a sizable group, international corporation, or professional firm such as Big 4 is welcome.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.
