  • Monitor collection performance, develop strategies to reduce delinquency, minimize credit losses and maximize bad-debt recovery.
  • Lead subordinates to achieve goals / objectives / KPIs from time to time given by Management through effective supervision.
  • Timely and appropriately manage loan classification, provisioning and write-off of problem credit pursuant to policies.
  • Establish collection policies, procedures, guidelines & make recommendations for revision as appropriate to improve collection productivity / performance and quality of Consumer portfolios.
  • Implement effective control to ensure all collection functions are carried out in compliance with the laws, regulatory requirements, relevant codes of practice and the policies, procedures, guidelines and standards of the Bank.
  • Assist to prepare budget & operating plan, ensure effective utilization of resources and control of costs and expenses.
  • Other duties / responsibilities as assigned by superior.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years’ managerial experience as team leader role on debt recovery functions
  • of Consumer products.
  • MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams
  • Knowledgeable in legal litigation procedures and regulatory compliance;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Self-motivated, good communication and able to work under pressure
